It makes working during the holidays not so bad after all. And parking is such a breeze and cheap. But then, that cruisin' feeling stopped the moment I stepped out on the sales floor.
Day 1 was fun. It was a Friday, just like any other Friday at the store. I just came back from my off day I was hyped and ready to serve customers with the best smiles.

Day 2 still ok. The place was busy in the early part of the day. After 8pm, we had the place all to ourselves.

Day 3. Gong xi fa cai! We were swamped with non-Malaysians and most of them I'm sorry to say are non-buyers.

Day 4. The crowd picked up a bit. More buyers this time. My level of enthusiasm was just enough to still give courteous services to some annoying customers. A bit sleepy because my shift ended at 10pm and voila! 10 hours later I'm back.

Day 5. Stampede!

Day 6. Happy Birthday KL! I thought it wouldn't be so crowded today but I guess that's just wishful thinking. The people starts coming in at about noon and it seems like they will never leave. I feel that the store should put a bouncer at the door.

One hour to go, my enthusiasm was running thin, my patience was running out and I my smiles began to wane. By the end of the shift, the people are still there and I'm....

There's my holidays for you. I'm off for two days after this so happy working for you.

non-malaysians don't buy? hmm... that's weird.
Ahh... don't limit your idea of 'non-Malaysians' to tourists only. I don't want to say more. I may piss off some people.
