I am aware that the layout of my blog has been a bit wacky because of the smiley central banner. It has been like that for quite some time and what I usually do is just delete the banner (sorry smiley central!) Now I'm trying to resolve the issue with them. Hopefully we can work something out. If not then I hope somebody out there can recommend another smiley application that does't need to put an ad each and every time I use it.
In the meantime, try to enjoy this mediocre blog as much as you can. Exercise your finger a bit by rolling that mouse roller to get to the bottom of my page.
Additional note (4 Feb 05): I have on this date changed the template to fit a lot of other stuff as well.

Why not you just using animated gif file for that smileys. Sure you can customised the height and width, for be the same size with you text. Just an opinion, have a try. Gd day!
I have those too but i find it a bit tedious. Maybe i'll find another template that can fit their banner
